What we accept

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, in original condition.

How to start a return

Email empyrealathletic@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning. You'll get return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Drop 01 is a limited run and sizes sell out. Rather than hold stock we can't guarantee, we refund your return and you reorder in the size you want. Faster for you, and honest about what's actually available.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping.

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it. Send a photo with your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Email within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it ships. After that, treat it as a return.

Not accepted

Items worn, washed, altered, or sent back after 14 days.

Shipping times

Orders ship within 3 business days.
